On September 25, SoHo hairstylist Francis De La Hoz was left to die after his throat was slashed in his Brooklyn apartment at 114 Smith Street. According to Newsday (via Bellook), there are no leads to identify the man he met on the Internet and had been dating.
Friends had discovered the 39-year-old’s body after he failed to show up at work for three days, according to the Brooklyn Paper.
