First Look: Traffic Congestion Commission Recemmends Residential Parking Permits

Streetsblog has come out with a first look at the Traffic Congestion Mitigation Commission's recommendations. There's a lot there, but of importance to Brooklynites, "The commission recommends that the city be required to offer communities a residential parking permit program (RPP) prior to the start of congestion pricing and to track park-and-ride activity as part of a comprehensive monitoring program."
